As part of her mission, Ginevra Drinka, PhD, embraces diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as the organizational standard. Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core to her practice. She acknowledges that the work of her practice is strengthened by the diverse experiences, different social and ethnic backgrounds, different genders and sexual orientations of her team and partners and that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are to be actively supported for their own sake.
